Let me introduce you to Professor LaPeau, the inventor who created all the raw song ideas and lyrics for the songs Learn to Love, Cheap, Bedroom Amnesia, Undivorceable and Happy Girl. When I first sent him a raw song idea to see what he would do to it, his style blew me away! LaPeau is a very talented and unique artist, he has a way of expressing himself with humor and seriousness at the same time. He’s not a follower in any way, he’s authentic and gives a damn about what others think. In a world where too many are trying to emulate whoever’s nr 1 at the time, that is refreshing and desperately needed! LaPeau and I worked closely together on the songs until they shaped into what they are now. We perfected lyrics and melody together and tried different things until we felt like it’s right. I hope we will keep on working together, making music to express ourselves.
